Hi All,

I did have a valid H1B from company1.We filed for my Spouse H4 also.But it is taking very long time.we want to go to india as early as possible

we did have valid H1 and H4 from company2

Now I wanted to send it to visa revalidation.

Can i use my Company1 H1b and Old compny2 H4 for staping.

other wise I need to wait until Company 1 H4 approval

---- if you send for visa revalidation to DOS it will take 3 months to get Passports back
