I am going to apply for H4 for my wife next month. I have never got H1B visa stamp on my passport. I have been traveling outside of USA using Advance Parole through my green card application. My lawyer told me that I have valid H1B visa since I never used EAD and working for the same employer.
Could anybody let me know what problem I could face for not having H1B visa stamp and using Advance Parole?
