Hi,
My Change Of Status H4 to F1 approved on October 08th 2015.
My Spouse Employer filed H4 extension on July 29th 2015 which is currently in process with Vermont Service Center.
On Oct13th 2015, we have sent H4 withdraw letter.
Could you please let us know when do we can expect USCIS withdraws this H4 extension petition. If USCIS approves H4 Extension by mistake, can we request them again to cancel it?.
