Hi,
I really appreciate you helping me out with this issue.
I have an old H1-B stamped on my passport (expiring Oct-2003). I got a new H1-B which I did not stamp (expiring Apr-2004).
Can I take the old visa copies along with the new visa copies to get H4 for my wife? Or do I need to stamp the new visa before H4 stamping? I cannot stamp it in US because it has more than 60 days of validity, so revalidation is not possible. I am not planning for a trip to India (or outside US) now because I came back a week ago after my marriage.
Please help me with this issue. Thanks in advance.
