Hi,
My parents have applied for a Green Card and the process is still pending. I'm a rising Senior in High School and applying to college; I'm on a H4. Should I just stay on the H4 or convert to F1?
I have an EAD, so I could technically work on the H4 without any restrictions. Also, if I convert to F1, would I lose the ability to get the Greencard through the parents?
What are the advantages on staying on H4 or F1?
