Is it possible for a H4 visa holder to enter US without the H1 visa holder(Spouse of the H4) being present here in US.
For example: Amal and Nancy are couples from India. Amal is working for some company in India. He is having his H1 visa. Nancy has H4 visa. Amal is a frequent traveler from India to US.
The scenario is, At a point of time Amal and nancy both were in India. Can nancy travel to US without Amal?
