Hello Friends,

Because of the appointment rush in INDIA.I will not able to bring my Spouse to U.S quickly to include her in I 485.Is is possible to take appointment in different country for H4 and get the stamping done.I have very less time(2 months) to go get married and get her to u.s.

TO go to any other country you & your fiancee/wife need visa first of all, it may be teprory visa.

Holding temp visa for a particular country, US counsel will not stamp H4 with only exception - canada/Mexico.Bantoo

Thanks - when you say temp visa to canada.I can take a visitors visa to canada for my Spouse and attend the H4 stamping in candanian consulate?

I already mentioned about exception country- read once again.
