H4 visa

If you (the principal applicant) is eligible to apply to delhi consulate then she can apply for delhi , if you are not eligible then she cannot unless u show some kind of emergency to delhi consulate . But the emergency reason has to be really good one .Good luck !!!

I am also a resident of mumbai and I am getting married in Oct and returining back after 15 days. Since the mininum wait period in mumbai for H4 interview appointment is 2 months, i was thinking of applying for my spouses visa in Delhi.

sdias, if your spouse's folks are from north india,she can apply from delhi..and anyways, i read news recently that mumbai applicants can now apply in delhi too
