H4 Visa ....when H1b transfer pending.

My h1b visa transfer was applied at NSC in Dec 2nd week.After receiving the receipt date I started working with my new company.I got married in last november and came back to usa alone.Now I want to apply H4 visa for my spouse.

Can I apply for H4 visa with the following documents.

old company H1b visa (stamped on my passport and valid till 2004).
new company notice of receipt.
pay stub and employment verification letter from new company.
my recent I 94
and my last 3 years W2 forms.
along with the marriage registration certificate , phots etc..

Yes

Although some consulate might ask more Qs, your W-2s and letter from present company (add a para about "please approve for H4 for so and so who is the spouse of X...") should prove you out.

HI Guys,
My wife's H4 visa was approved with the above info at chennai consulate....So u can also give a try if u are in the same situation..
