i have question about if i am out of status from h1b then my wife also out of status from H4 visa. if she wants to go back home country then after she can enter on h4 visa if i am out of my H1b visa.

H4 is based on valid H1 status, if you are NOT on H1 valid status in US then your spouse cant get H4 visa. if you or your spouse stayed more than 6 months or year after your I-94 expiry date in US then 3/10 year bar stars and you both will not get any visa for US
