Hi gurus/Jaxen/Jim,

I have obtained my vacation approval/supporting letter from my client(work place),who is not my true employer.

I'm visiting India next month to get marry my fiancee.

Is it a good idea to submit this letter to the INS,along with my Employer's letter,when my wife applies for H4 visa in Chennai consulate?


Does it anyway help in H4 visa approval? or will it create any problem?

Any advice is highly appreciated.

why a vacation letter is required? That too getting the letter from the client who is not mentioned in H1 or visa or paystub seems illogical - might result in H4 refusal..
