Here is the situation.
My friend's H1 visa stamping is valid till April 15 07. He is going to India to get married in March. He has a valid 797 uptil Jan 2009. His spouse will be going for visa stamping H4 in end March. He is not intending to get his visa stamped in India as he intends to return with his spouse by 10th April.
My question is that whether his spouse will have any issues in getting her H4 visa stamped due to the expiring visa of my friend on 15th April.
