H4 visa stamping for infant child

HI,

I am new to this site. Anyone can you please clarify my doubts.

I have H1B Visa and currently staying in USA since February 2000. My wife got her H4 visa last year and currently staying in India. I have a baby girl who born in Dec 2004. I would like have H4 Visa to my baby girl and bring her during march/april 2005 but I found from US Consulate's website that, there are no web appointments are available in Chennai Consulate until May 2005.

In this regard, shall I use other offices of US Consulate in New Delhi, to get visa for my Infant Baby Girl? Please advise me?

Since I will be in India during March 2005, am I eligible use DROPBOX Facility in Hyderabad? Please let me know.

My Wife has got her H4 visa in March 2004 and haven't come to USA due to her pregnency?

Is she still eligible to enter in USA with the current visa or she has to get it stamped again? Please let me know.

Finally, my current H1B expires on June 2, 2005. If my infant baby girl goes for stamping, does she eligible to get her H4 Visa until June 2, 2005? Please let me know.

Please inform me your valuable suggestions, to enable me to plan my India trip

accordingly. Your immediate response is highly appreciated.
