H4 visa stamping date based on H1 visa date??

Hi,
My H1 is stamped till Oct 21, 2005 and I am getting married in Aug 2005. My spouse will be attending visa interview on Aug 29, 2005. My H1 visa has been renewed till Oct 2006. Since I could not get an appointment during my planned dates in India, I will be coming back without new stamping (reflecting renewd date) in my passport.

My question is, will my spouse's passport be stamped till Oct 2005 or till OCt 2006? Since Oct 2005 is hardly 2 months from Aug 29th, what are the chances of visa approval?

Any replies are appreciated...

---------------- but if you show passport Visa stamp AND Approval notice at POE you will get I-94 till Oct 2006, check the date on I-94 at POE if mistake point out to officer or ask for supervisor
