H4 Visa Stamping - Appreciate Immediate Help

I switched over to a new company 10 months back, Myself got the new H1 and my wife got new H4. I and my wife have previous employers Stamping on passport which is valid till Jan 2006, She has gone to India for a vacation. Is it necessary to get the new employers stamping on her passport before coming to US.
