H4 visa stamp for doctors

Are there any difficulties in getting an H4 visa stamp if the person is a medical doctor and reveals that on her DS156 application. Generally I am told that the consulates in India deny visas for doctors, but I am not sure if that is true even for dependent H4 visas. Any prior experience or helpful thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.
 
yes. dont reveal that info. U can always prove yr spouse's expereince after coming into US.
