I am applying for H4 visa for my wife for second time at Chennai Consulate in India.
Does she needs to have H4 extension filed in US for stamping in India ?
---NO, if she filed extension in US then take it if not then no need becase her H4 vill be issued based on YOUR H1 approval notice and other stuff from Your side
