H4 visa question

I used to work for company A and I had a valid visa stamped till July 06 and my wife has a valid H4 stamped till July 06.

Recently, I joined company B and they file my H1 transfer and the same is approved but they did not file extension for my wife. Meanwhile, my wife has to travel to India now I am wondering how she can enter back to US as her extension is not filed thru new company and now they can not file I-539 as she is out of country.

can she enter on her old visa (what in case if my previous employer has cancelled it)?, do I need to travel to india and get both of our passports stamped with new visa?

She should be able to return on the old visa, with proof of your new H1. How can the employer revoke *her* H-4, that's based solely on her marriage to you and your valid H status.
