H4 Visa Query

Sir/Madam,


My name is JOGI GEORGE CHITTILAPPILLY.
I have a H1B VISA and my wife has H4 Visa and both valid up to 25 OCT, 2007. Now I am in US and my wife in India.

Now we have a daughter with age 4 weeks old.
What procedure I have to follow to bring my family to here in US?
Actually I want to know is that, there is required any more separate procedure for my daughter. My daughter's name is not there in any visa documents.

Kindly please give me a good guide line.

If the child born after H4 visa stamped on your wife's passport, take birth certificate and passport of the baby along with your H1B copy and a letter from a employer, tax returns etc to embassy and get your daughter visa stamped.

H4 Visa for my Kid

I have 2 queries now:

1)
myself and my wife got stamped the visa from Mumbai consulate. and now my wife and daughter at Kerala (last six months) and I am in US.
my query is that : whether they can go to the Mumbai consulate or Chennai consulate or both for my kid's visa?

2)
now i tried to book online visa appointment. Appointment can be taken only for the applicant. my wife already got stamped (H4). now my wife has to carry my daughter to consulate. whether both have to take appointment or only for my kid?

Chennai. If you are not able to get appointment soon go far other consulate Bombay or Calcutta.2)

Since your wife has to accompany, take appt for bothe if it not possible take it for baby.
