my wife visa H4 got query in chennai consulate.
Query 1)
All the years of W2 and Pay Stubs.
with my current employer from Oct 2002 i have most of the pay stubs except for Jan 2003 - March 15 2003 as i am on bench.
and my 2002 and 2001 w2's have very less amount and i have very few pay stubs. as i am with some other employer most of the time on bench. do we need to explain why we have very less i amount and number of pay stubs for 2002 and 2001
how best we can explain this query
Query 2 ) why principal's salary is is less then minimum set by law
My employer is paying part of my salary as housing to avoid taxes. but in total i am covering 95% of the amount in LCA. so w2 has considerable less amount in 2003 W2 forms when compared to LCA.
how best we can answer this question . please let me know as soon as you can.
