My friend has a valid H1B visa which expires on 27th July 2007. He got married recently and he wants to get H4 visa for his wife. She may be going for the H4 Visa Interview in February 2007 and she is planning to enter the US somewhere in June 1st week. The question is, since my friend's visa expires in July, will there be any problem for his wife getting H4 Visa or will there be any problem at the POE when she enters the USA in june, especially since my friend's visa is expiring in july?
