My wife is on H4 visa and she is going to INDIA to visit her parents. She is pregnant now. Whether she can rejoin me here in 6 th month?.
------------YES if you are on H1 status at that time and Baby need Indian passport and H4 Visa stamp from US consulate if your wife gives birth in India. if she is going out to India and want to give birth in US then check with airline becase the have some restrictions for pregnent lady for travel( if she is 2-4 month pregnant then I dont see any problem in travel. Better not to travel in pregnency
Is there any restrictions for pregnant ladies to come into US?
