H4 visa please help

Hi I have my multiple entry H1B visa stamped in my passport for Company A and the visa is valid till may 2007. I am planning to move to company B. Also I am planning to go to India in June for marriage and would like my spouse to accompany along with me on H4 visa. So now my question is: can she go for H4 visa with my Company A's (old company visa) and the new H1 B document from company B????

If not should I have my Visa stamped first with the new comapny B's H1 B document and then ask her to go for H4 visa??


Please Please give me suggestion
 
You need not have the new company stamp in order for your wife to get her H4. Your wife can go to US consulate with the Company B H-1 Approval.

h4-query

My wife recently went to us consulate chennai with for her H4 stamping with my valid Visa with company A and approval from my present company B.
They refused h4 stamping for the reason of not having new company staning on my passport.

They said must attend with spouce when he attends forhis H1B stamping.

Now I am planning to go to canada for my H1B stamping, and hoping that will work..Kindly suggest .me at rajuesn@gmail.com
