H4 Visa (Please advise)

I recently applied for H4 Visa for my wife on a company A in India, and the embassy replied with a need of more documents to approve the case.

The documents requested are:

* recent letter of offer from the US company(
original)

*photosgraphs(15) of the inside and outside of the
premises of your intended place of work.

*interior and exterior photos (15) of the pitioner's
premises and of the work premiseswhere the H1 worker
will be deployed.

*a list if all candidates petitioned by your
petitioner in the chennai consulate, the times that
they worked for u and there current whereabouts.

*a detailed description of the petitioner's needs for
this position and how the applicant intends to address
them. provide specific examples.

*interior and exterior photos of the principal at
work.

*a list of all clients and complete description ao
all active projects at intended place of work and
applicant's role, if any, in them.In each instance,
indicate who is the direct contracter with the client.

*a list of all the projects and their time lines, in
which the H1 worker has been deployed, with a detailed
explanation of the work conducted and the client in
question,Include client reference for each and every
project on the list.

*contact from the client side for each of the
company's active projects

*Original W-2 forms and pay stubs for every year
worked in the US.

*W-2 forms for all people employed by the petitioner.

Does anybody got the same query?
 
Hi,
my friend got the almost same type of query for his H1 stamping. (The H1 was an extension and not a new one)
No need to worry. Send in all the details asked and u will get hte H4 stamped.

I have got a similar inquiry but my case is an H1 extension, with premium processing.
Can both of you please reply about what happened with the case in a little more detail?

Almost the same type of query was raised for my friend. The friend submitted the details asked and his passport was stamped with the visa. It was a clean process. As long as u submit all the details asked, u will not have any problem.
The friend was in India - so he could not take photos of himself working at the work place. So asked his employer to take photos of his workplace and also a leter from his emplyer stating that as the person was in India he has just taken photos of his workplace.
 
I got the similar query when I went for stamping to new delhi. I did not have any pictures of comapany but I had my income tax returns,bank statements,salary stubs, so i took the chance and went for the interview. Thankfully the guy was very co-operative and stamped my visa (showing off a clear obligatory gusture..)

yes, my wife got the same type of query this week,

this point i cannot understand,

i dont know will my employer give these details.

what happened to your case, did you submitted all the details and got it cleared ?

kkprasadh I am not sure if your case is similar to mine, my case is that I am in US, and I applied for H1 extension and got the same RFE, but once i submitted the documents I got my H1b approved.
My lawyer was saying after INS became BCIS, they have become a little strict on giving away Visa's they want to be doubly sure that the petitioner is legitimate, and if you submit whatever they have asked for, then they should not have any problem approving your visa
 
Hi Guys,
I got the same query with additional some more documents asking. This is 3rd time my wife got Query and they asked her to come for personal interview.
After 2nd time I submitted the documents to chennai consulate . I got another job, and moved to another company. Now, I got that query with the above you mentioned. my h1 has approved 3 days ago.I called up my old employer and asked him to provide the documents. He said, Since I am no longer his employee so he can't provide. If I write a letter to INS saying that my old employer is not willing to provide the requested documents. Is this going to help me. My new employer is arranging all the documents, even though the query is not related to his company.

Please advise.

You are in the same situation as I am but I am applying as fresh petition with the new employer without the documents.
