H4 visa issue

Hi, We had applied for my wife's H4 visa to US consulate in Chennai and they put several queries and we havent got the visa as yet. I had to come back to US to keep my job.

1. I would like to know if I can apply for the H4 again to a different consulate with a new H1, would this Help. IF NOT...

2. If I take up the new job and get a new H1, can my wife still come to US with the previous company's H4 if she gets it.

2. yes, if the queries were related to your company. Remember once a query is generated it is an uphill task, no matter what.

Hi Roopesh,

Can you tell me what was the query for the visa rejection. Did u apply for visa using drop-box ?? or did ur wife appear for personel interview. If she attended personel interview what question was she asked.

I am planning to get H4 for my wife this month.
