Hello
My wife is planning on appearing for her H4 visa. She was a student in the US about 2 yrs back. She was working on her OPT (expired visa) and came to India for vacation. Her F1 renewal got rejected. She has been working for the last 1.5 yrs in India. Would she have any problems with her H4.
