H4 Visa Interview Letter and pay stubs

HI,

Can anybody tell me how recent the pay checks and the employer letter shall be. My wife is going for H-4 Visa interview next month. I gave her the employment letter and pay stubs that was dated on last month. Is that recent enough or should I send a new employment letter and some more latest Pay stubs??? Please let me know. I really appreciate your response

She is going for the Chennai Consulate...The letter and pay stubs that she has are dated upto Aug 15 and the interview date is ON OCt 2nd week. SO SHould it be enough or should I be sending her all new Letter, Bank Statetments and Pay STubs...Please Let me know...
