I am working in US on H1-B visa. I am getting married in OCt 2005. My fiance is working in UK on work permit. We are both from Indian origin. After marriage she will be coming to US on dependent Visa(H4). I would like to know if we can file her H4 in UK. If we file it in India, she has to go back to India just for that interview and come back to UK to join her work. If we file her H4 in UK then she doesn't have to go to India and she can come to US directly once her contract is finished. How safe is it? Could you let me know the document list which we have to provide to take an appointment or during the appointment? What's the process in detail?
