My H4 visa is going to expire next month and so the I94. I went back to India due to family dispute with him and came back to US without my spouse knowledge. Meanwhile he has filed for divorce in India and also he hasn't filed for H4 extension when he did his H1 extension. I'm currently living separately in US. Should I got back on my H4 visa / I94 expiry or are there any ways I can stay back here? Please advice
