I have an appointment for my wife's H4 in Jan 06 at Mumbai. I am getting the documents that I need to send prior to the appointment. Here is a checklist that I received when I got the appointment. What are the supporting documents for H4, ITEM NUMBER 4 below? (prior to the appointment???)
1. DS–156 in original, signed and with photo affixed [ ]
2. DS–157 in original [ ]
3. Demand draft for Rs2, 200/- towards issuance fee in favour of
“American Consulate General, Mumbai [ ]
4. Supporting documents (as per visa class) [ ]
5. Photocopy of passport data pages (1st and last pages) [ ]
6. Photocopy of passport pages bearing “observations” or “remarks” [ ]
7. Photocopy of interview appointment letter.
8. Original HDFC free receipts(Consulate copy) [ ]
Please note these docs are needed prior to the appointment ??
