I currently work for a consulting company on H1B. I am on client site. My wife is going to Mumbai consulate to get H4. Do I need to send any document mentioning that I am a consultant working on client site?
--- Your employer (who holds your H1) have to provide a letter, client is not your employer, NO need to write that you are at present consultant with client XYZ. Your employer provides you the pay stub or salary not the client
