H4 visa approvals in FEB

Has anyone got approval for H4 visa applied in the month of FEB ? Can you please post your receipt date and approval date

hi there..

my case is not in the Feb batch.

My case was received on march 9th and I am still waiting. Per vermont web site they are processing Feb cases.

is this usual wait? In the past I was getting H4 approvals within a month...
 
yeah! the typical processing time is like 2 months and 10 days, I'm still waiting for my approval, wanted to know if anyone else has applied before FEB 27th and has gotten an approval, mine was applied from tsc though.

well, the status message for my case changed to RFE issued.

BTW, my h4 extension is for 7th year. Applied at the same time with Hubbys H1, under premium processing. His h1 was approved within 7 days. Mine just got issed RFE.

God knows what they want...... :eek: :eek:
 
Can I ask how did you apply for H4? My spouse's job will end in a month and we haven't started on H4 application yet. So I am kind of desperate here.

Do I need to hire a lawyer? Where I can find application procedures? How long will it take to get the approval? Is there a premium filing or something like that so it will be faster?
