H4 Visa and bringing wife and kids

Hi,

I would be marrying a german women, who has two girls from ex-husband and I would like all of them to move over to USA with me.

I am currently working on H1 Visa and I know that I can bring my fiancee on H4 but I also wanted to know that if I can bring her kids also on dependent visa? if yes what kind of visa would I need for her kids?
 
Children would also need H4 but they would likely need father's approval. I suggest that she meet with an attorney in Germany about what is needed for them to accompany her. It is quite possible that the German authorities would limit them being removed from contact with their father like is the case in the US.
 
Thanks for your reply, do you mean that german authorities would not allow them to go out of the country without the fathers permission? I just wanted to confirm this because we are trying to get the fathers signature for moving to US but I wanted to make sure that if you trying to say the same or if you meant something else.
