H4 visa after rejected H1?

I was just wondering what are the chances of obtaining an H4 visa when your H1 was rejected earlier?

No Problems ....but....

I do not see any issues for H4 stamping getting rejected if H1 was rejected before. But one important factor here is, it depends on the reason why the H1was rejected before.If it was rejected due to some false information , then H4will be tougher.
