Hello!
I am looking for suggestion, for stamping for my wife's H4 Visa.
We got married a month back, and my H1B is expiring in June. My wife is planning for stamping of H4 in May 1st week. I am not sure wheather this short valid duration on my H1 will be problem for her in getting stamping and or geting entry into country.
My company has already started thr process of extention, but due to other priority tasks, It may take some time...
I would appreciate help/advice on it from people who have faced such situation or have knowledge of any.
