H4 validity dates Issues

Here is my situation.

I am in the US on H1 through Employer A valid from 5/19/2004 to 5/19/2006. My wife is also in the US on H4 from Employer A valid till 5/19/2006.

on 2/25/2005, I changed by employer to Employer B and got an H1 approval valid from 2/25/2005 to 5/19/2007. I have also applied for my wife's H4 transfer and she received her H4 from employer B with validity dates from 5/19/2006 throught 5/19/2007. Now Employer A has sent me a letter stating that they have withdrawn my H1 approval. Since my wife's H4 from employer B doesn't start until 5/19/2006, is she out of status? I am not sure whey DHS has given validity dates of 5/19/2006 to 5/19/2007 for my wife's H4 through Employer B?

what can I do to fix this?

what can I do to fix this?

------------ your wife H4 is not related to employer A or b it is related to your H1 status and tied to your H1. if her H4 was filed beore her I-94 expiry date she is in status. I hope she got new new extended I-94 with her H4 approval notice.

H4 validity and also H4 dependency on specific employer

I have H1 valid till April 14 2006 from emp A. I have filed H1 transfer TO emp B with same validatity date(end date) of April 14 2006 at which time my 6 years will beover. My wife has H4 stamped at consulate in Mumbai till April 14 2006. She is in India and I am in USAat the time of filing H1. She cannot file for H4 extension because she is in India.
My question is can she legallyenter USA on her old h4 stamp valid till April 14, 2005 and I should not file for her H4 extension because anyway H4 extension will be valid till that only. According to some people H4 is not employer specific and is only dependent on H1B person maintaining his H1 status and H4 person looking at valid I-94's. Let me know if this will be ok for me that my wife enters on previously stamped H4 VISA.
