H4 Transfer Question

Hi,

I have transfered my H1 from Company A to Company B.
Now i need to apply for my wife's H4 transfer from Same company A to same Company B.
My wife's current H4 visa is valid till Sept 29, 2012 from Company A.
Company A is not yet know my H1 transfer, but before he knows, i want to complete my wifes h4 transfer also.

Now for apply H4 transfer, i need to submit my recent pay stubs.

My Questions are:

Q1:
Can i apply today with Company A (old employer) pay stubs
or
Do i need to wait for Company B's (new employer) pay stubs

Q2:If Company A(old employer) knows my H1 transfer, is there any affect on wifes h4 transfer ?

----- your wife H4 is not tied to employer A or B it is tied to your H1 status.

My wife's current H4 visa is valid till Sept 29, 2012 from Company A.

----------Company A has nothing to do with your wife H4, She is on H4 status because you are on H1 status.If Employer A revokes your H1 and then her H4 will be automatically revoked.

Now for apply H4 transfer, i need to submit my recent pay stubs.

Best option was to apply your H1 transfer and wife H4 when you applied your H1 in the same envelope so that your your H1 transfer approval notice and her H4 will have same date of expiry and same date of new I-94 expiry date.

if she has her H4 Visa stamp or I-94 validity till Sept 29, 2012 then no need of filing her H4 at this time. once you get your H1 transfer approved and start working with new employer then file her H4 extension before her I-94 gets expired or 6 months advance of her I-94 expiry date.
