My husband has an h1. Recently he transferred jobs and has received his h1 transfer. My h4 transfer is still in process.
Can i leave the US ?
-------------- you can leave the US and you need to have valid H4 stamp( it does not matter if the valid stamp has previous employer name) when you enter US if you have valid visa stamp then at POE show valid visa stamp AND your spouse H1 transfer approval notice you will get I-94 till your spouse H1 approval notice
Is my old h4 still valid ?
---yes if you filed H4 extension Before your I-94 expiry date.
