Hi :
I'm having H1B, working in USA and my wife is in India. Her company filed for L1 and got a RFE. Her company is going to respond for RFE.
My Questions :
1. Can i get her US in H4 (she don't have one), after coming to US, once her L1 gets approved (when she is in USA using H4), can she work using L1 automatically or have to apply for COS (CHange of Status) ?
2. Assuming her current L1 gets denied and if she is in US using H4 , Can she apply for new L1 ?
