I came to the US for my Masters after that I got my H1
(from non-profit) Organisation. I got my H1B stamped
in Canada (visa valid till Aug 2007), my wife came down here on H4 (non profit) and Then last year I moved to cap quota H1 to walgreens.
1) Can I travel abroad without any problem regrds to the stamp
2) My wife is now planning to go to India this coming
month and she will be back before October. Her H1B has
been filed and I heard many rumours that she needs to
stay in India till October and get her H1B stamped.
