H4 to H1

My wife is on H4 ( dependent ) visa. She has got a part time job, but the company in which she will be working for has no idea about applying for H1 or work permit.

Shez about to work in a childcare center. If we pay for the H1, what are the other things we would need to do ? or need to take care of ?

I mean the company dosen't know anything about H1. If anyone has been in the same situation of applying their H1, please feel free to pitch in.

1. Gotto show company could not get US citizens/LPRs for the job.

I think your wife won't get H1 for such job. They will find many people here in US to work in baby care centre. (that too part time)
