Hi,

My wife came here on H4 now her H1 got processed ....now to change her Visa status to H1 what we should do?

She will need a new H1 visa stamp on her passport if and when she travels abroad and returns to US. She will have to get the visa stamp in her home country.
 
But can she work here till that time (getting VISA stamped back in home country)?
She has SSN and old H1-B Valid.

Her status is ALREADY changed to H1 now. SHe can now work for the new company. She needs H1 visa stamp only if the old H1 stamp expires AND when she plans to travel out of US and return.
