H4 to H1

Hi,

I completed my btech in IT four years back.I am staying in US on my H4
from past three years.I does't have any experience.Now I want to apply
for H1

*Do they aprove H1 for freshers?

*If I keep some fake experience,are they able to find out?

*If they reject my application how much money I am going to loose?

Pls some body help me to find out information.

Yes, they can approve. Just lack of experience is not a good enough reason, when you have a 4 year degree.

*If I keep some fake experience,are they able to find out?
Of course, and showing work experience at a time when you were not allowed to work does not make any sense.

*If they reject my application how much money I am going to loose?
You should not pay a single dime to anybody, so you should not lose any money. It is not your application, your employer needs to apply and employer should pay.
Pls some body help me to find out information.
