H4 to H1

Hi,

I am currently in India working for Cisco and I will be marrying my fiancee in the month of May 07. I have my visa appt in chennai for h4 in the month of May 07 after marriage.

Can my company in USA apply for my H1 B visa for 07 quota ?

Can I travel to USA on H4 visa in the month of May

Will I have any problem in POE, because of my other visa status in queue(h1 b)

Will I have any problem in POE, because of my other visa status in queue(h1 b) NO, but you can not work for h1 without visa stamping.
