H4 to H1

HI,
Could some one please clarify: I am on H4 and visa valid till October 1st. I have been approved H1 (COS). If I go out of US can I enter on H4 before October 1st (visa valid till October 1st) and then start work from October 1. WIll there be any possible issues at POE

if enter on H4 visa then your status will be H4 and you cant work. if you want to work you should get H1Visa stamp and enter on H1 status. if you dont go out and got H1 approval with I-94 attached you can start working
