H4 to H1?

Hi,

Currently, I am on H4 visa.

Once my H1B is approved, can I work in USA with out going to India for getting my visa?

Can you please clarify this immly, as I have to plan accordingly.

yes you dont need to go out for stamping, if the H1 approval comes with a I-94 attached.

and can start work from the date mentioned on approvel, in curent scenario it should be Oct 1
