H4 to H1 visa validation at any US consulate in CANADA

Hi All

This is my first email to this Portal, Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

Here is the situation , My wife is in US on H4 status
for last 4 years and last october(2004) she got her H1
approved through a financial firm in California as
Tax/Accounts consultant since her educational
background was B.COM & MBA from Indian University
and she is also doing certification course from
college in california related to Auditing & TAX with all
these qualifications she got her H1 approved and she
started working from last 3 months.

We wanted to go canada to get her H1 visa stamped.
Please share any of your experinces related to H4 to H1
visa validation issues in Canada.

--- you can try Canada but if her Visa is rejected in Canada then she need to go directly from Canada to her home country to get Visa stamp and then enter US if visa gets rejected she cant enter US from Canada
Please share any of your experinces related to H4 to H1
visa validation issues in Canada.
