H4 to H1 Transfer

Would appreciate an expert advice on the following situation.

My friends wife who was on H4 has been approved H1B visa recently and at the same time her husband had filed for her H4 renewal, along with his H1 renewal and she got H4 approved aswell. So now she has both H4 and H1 approved and had received Notice of Action for both.

Concern: If for some reason if she doesnt start job on her H1, what will be her status(H4 or H1?) and if she travels to India can she have H4 visa stamped?

1.provide the date H1 was approved by USCIS , did she got I-94 attached with H1 approval notice?(lower right side of H1 approval)

2 provide the date H4 EXT was approved by USCIS , did she got I-94 attached with H4 approval notice?(lower right side of H1 approval)

what is the last action from USCIS H1 or H4 Ext?

Thanks for replying to my post. She got I-94 on both her visas(H4 and H1).
The approval date of her H4 is Oct 13th 2006 and her H1 approval date is Sep 25th 2006.

---she may be having two approval notices and notice is not VISA

Latest update or Last action is H4 approval notice that was approved by USCIS on Oct 13th 2006 She is on H4 status not on H1 status.
 
Thank you for the information. I am assuming that the employer would have applied for "Change Of Status" from H4 to H1, so i was wondering if it would be the same, that her status would be H4 after getting her H1 approval ?

Thank You. So now as her status is H4, can you please let me know what would be the status of her approved H1 and if she decides to start working, would she be able to use it or does she needs to apply for a new H1?

---She is on H4status if she wants to work her employer need to file H4 to H1 COS. for more info talk to employer or her lawyer
