I came to US in 2001. I have 5 years working experience in India. From 2001, I have been on H4. Since they decoupled the time spent on H4 from H1, I am eligible to apply for H1 B this year. My question is, as i am not working from 2001, is there any change of H1B application gets rejected? Any help should be appreciated
