Hi,
My wife was n H4 initially and then later we got her H1 done now she is working on her H1, she is on her pregnancy leave, I know her current company H1 is intact as she is on pregnancy leave. But now she may get another offer before the leave ends. Then can she file new H1, and if yes then we have to give recent paystubs but as she was on leave she will not have paystubs for last 2 monts but only a letter from company saying she is officially on pregnancy leave. Will this be sufficient to prove that she is in legal status and thus can file for new H1 or there is a problem in this.
